Total amount is due 30 days prior to the event and must be paid by cash, credit card, or money order. The renter is responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests.

Liability insurance is not required if you are a member of Tampa Lodge #708 and your event is open to the Lodge, or if you can provide insurance indemnifying Tampa Lodge #708. Check with your organization to see if it provides this coverage.

Partial kitchen includes use of the kitchen to stage food, use of the sink, and refrigerator storage. Does not include cooking or heating of any kind. Kitchen must be cleaned upon finishing — trash to dumpster, counters wiped, floor swept, all food removed.

Full kitchen includes all of the above plus cooking/heating, kitchen tools, pots, and pans. Does not include lodge food items, dish sanitizer, dinnerware, or serving items. All tools/pots/pans must be washed; all food items removed.
